    Registration, Booking & Payment

    1. Bookings close 1 weeks before the course start date.
    2. Full electronic payment is required at the time of registration to confirm your spot.
    3. Course spots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment.

    Cancellation Policy

    1. Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
    2. Cancellations made 10 days or more before the course start date are eligible for a full refund.
    3. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date or for no-shows.
    4. If the course is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued.

    Code of Conduct
    All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow attendees. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.
