Customer Service Star Award
Recognizes an outstanding CX agent or frontline team member who demonstrates an unparalleled level of commitment to their customers and team.
Criteria: From stellar attendance and impeccable quality work to delivering empathy to customers and co-workers alike, this individual models the epitome of consumer care, embracing the SOCAP vision of setting the standard for service excellence and elevating the value of the profession.
Leadership in Learning Award
Recognizes an outstanding CX trainer, supervisor, or manager who leads by example and operates in accordance with the SOCAP vision of developing exemplary customer care and engagement professionals.
Criteria: Nominees must be committed to providing training that meets the diverse learning needs of individuals, using effective styles and channels to make a lasting impression. These outstanding individuals inspire their team to perform at its best, wearing many hats from teacher to supervisor to coach.
Region Star Award
Recognizes an outstanding member from each of the five SOCAP regional communities. Region Stars consistently demonstrate a commitment to bringing people together, fostering meaningful connections, and creating a strong, inclusive SOCAP community.
Criteria: Exceptional support of their region’s efforts to build relationships, strengthen networks, and ensure SOCAP remains a vibrant and welcoming community throughout the year.
