By using the services of 94.2 Blazin a subdivision of Smooth Media Productions, I understand i will not be not receiving any muisc royalties for this promtional service. I understand and acknowledge this is promotional and marketing services that don't report to ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, and Soundexchange.

I understand after my contract expire, my music can still be played anytime up to 3 months without my acknowledgement. At anytime, I can request my recorded material that submitted to remove from it's playlist and stop all social media promotion by emailing smp@execs.com. Althought my song might not be removed from thier youtube channel.
