  • Do you currently live in and own a home in the participating town or village of Essex, Warren, or Washington County? Elizabethtown, Jay, North Elba, Lake George, Bolton, Granville, Kingsbury/Hudson Falls*

  • If the total cost to construct the ADU exceeds the $125,000 grant, would you be willing to explore additional funding options (e.g. construction loan)?*

  • Is your total gross annual household income at or below the following limits? (All those over the age of 18 must be included in total income)*
