  • EVENT DAY PROCEDURES:

     

     

           Vendors are required to provide all necessary items needed for setting up their booth/table including 6ft tables, chairs, and Fitted table cloths

            It is understood that the vendor shall not remove their booth/sales table prior to the end of the event each day. Non-compliance will force the event Coordinator to exclude the offending vendor from future Markets.         

               DATES AND TIMES ARE SUBJECTED TO CHANGE 

    Set Up: Aug. 8th - 31st 2025

    Sept. 12th-28th 2025

    Oct. 10th - 31st 2025

    at

    Christown Spectrum Mall 

    Friday's ONLY(friday's market starts at a later time) 12:30PM

    Saturday's 8:30 am

    Sunday's 9:30am

    Break down:

     Aug. 8th - 31st 2025

    Sept. 12th-28th 2025

    Oct. 10th - 31st 2025

    Aug., Sept. & Oct. (Fridays ONLY)- 7:00pm

    *Vendors must maintain their spaces in clean condition, all waste must be removed before leaving the event. Each vendor is allowed up to 2 6ft tables(per space) that will be placed in an L-shape(WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY ITEMS! YOU WILL NEED TO BRING ALL NECESSARY ITEMS FOR SET-UP INCLUDING TABLES AND CHAIRS) If you have more than 2 tables you will be REQUIRED to purchase an ADDITIONAL space. All vendors are required to have fitted table clothes for each table. These clothes can be purchased on Amazon.

    P.S.A. INTERNET SERVICE IS NOW INCLUDED IN PRICE ADJUSTMENT 

    Vendor Fees per market: $60 

    Vendor Full month fee: $185

    Storage Space Fee: $20 per month

    Electricity access:

    $30 per event

    $60 for per month August - October 2025

    We will have limited access to electricity! There is an addition price if electricity is needed. 

           Vendors are expected to display professionalism, courtesy, and respect, when speaking or dealing with ANY individuals at the market(this also includes guest). 

         

         WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY DUPLICATIONS OF EACH OTHERS PRODUCTS!!! ITEMS SOLD MUST BE LISTED ON YOUR APPLICATION!!! IF A PRODUCT IS NOT LISTED ON YOUR APPLICATION, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO REMOVE IT. DUPLICATION OF OTHER VENDORS PRODUCTS WILL RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM THE MARKET WITH NO REFUND!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!

     

    NOTE: NO ITEMS THAT ARE IMMORAL, ILLEGAL OR DANGEROUS WILL BE ALLOWED, IF THE COMMITTEE FEELS ANY ARTICLES ARE QUESTIONABLE, REMOVAL WILL BE REQUESTED. NON-COMPLIANCE WILL CAUSE THE VENDOR TO BE ASKED TO LEAVE.

    By filling out this form, you are agreeing to all of the above rules as a general contract. You have 72 hours to pay invoice or it will could be cancelled. Your space is not reserved until payment is submitted. Once you've paid your invoice you are confirmed for Black Friday Weekend Market vendor. Thank you for your immediate attention. All amounts paid or payable under this Agreement are non-refundable.
