  • Downtown San Antonio will come alive this holiday season for the third annual Holidays on Houston St Market, hosted by the City of San Antonio, Centro San Antonio and Visit San Antonio. Residents and visitors will enjoy holiday nostalgia set against the backdrop of one of San Antonio’s most historic and charming promenades. Meet us on Houston Street, where you'll be greeted with the magic of twinkling lights and large, festive decorations, entertainers, and special offerings from restaurants, shops, and partners.

    The weekend of December 12th - 14th will host a holiday market featuring carefully curated artisan crafts, delectable treats, and more while showcasing our talented local artists. We are excited to have you join us!

  • Holidays on Houston Street Market Vendor Interest Form

  • Holidays on Houston will supply each vendor with the following: 
    (1) 10x10 covered booth with string lighting 
    (1) Name plate sign 
    Access to (2) standard 120v outlets  * 
    *Limited and available only upon request. 

    Holidays on Houston Street has set forth the following guidelines for participation:  

    - Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, table covers, trash cans & liners, and any other needs within their booths.
    - Vendors must stay within the 10x10 footprint of the tent.  
    - If requested, vendors must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance. Limits of liability should include $1,000,000 of coverage and list Centro San Antonio, Visit San Antonio, and the City of San Antonio as additional insured.  
    - Vendors must abide by their assigned load in and load out times and must remain for the entirety of the event times.  
    - Vendor will supply any additional lighting and/or power, if needed. 
    - Final Event Information will be e-mailed to you the week before the event. 

     

    Market Vendor fee upon acceptance: $175

  • Holidays on Houston will supply each vendor with the following: 
    (1) 8x8 covered booth with string lighting 
    (1) Name plate sign 
    1-2 Menu Signs with Pricing  
    Access to (2) standard 120v outlets  * 
    *Limited and available only upon request.

  • Holidays on Houston Street Activation Partner Interest Form

  • Thank you for your interest in being an Activation Partner as part of Holidays on Houston Street Market Weekend! Please complete the form below to help us understand your onsite needs and how we can best support your set up. 

    Form submissions will close on Monday, November 4th. Submissions will be reviewed by the Vendor Selection Committee and partners will be promptly notified. 

    Special Event Fee: Waived 

    Holidays on Houston Street will supply each vendor with the following: 

    10x10 space onsite (larger spaces may be accomodated upon request)
    (1) Event Branded Sign
    Area Lighting
    Access to up to (2) standard 120v outlets*
    *Limited and available only upon request.

    Activation Partners must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, table covers, trash cans & liners, and any other needs within their booths. Partners must stay within their agreed-upon activation footprint. 

    If requested, vendors must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance. Limits of liability should include $1,000,000 of coverage and list Centro San Antonio, Visit San Antonio, and the City of San Antonio as additional insured.

  • Please share (2) activation ideas in detail. In an effort to give all partners a unique activation, the Vendor Selection Committee will review all possibilities and allocate space for as many partners as possible.

  • Holidays on Houston Street Community Calendar Submission

  • Events Submission Guidelines

    • Events must take place in San Antonio or within a 30-mile radius.
    • Events must be open to the public, able to be attended by visitors, and may not be restrictive of any group or individuals.
    • Event submissions must be filled out in their entirety – any submissions with missing info, including but not limited to event image, venue, description, dates, or website information may not be approved.
    • All events must have a start date and end date. Recurring events with no end dates will not be accepted.
    • Events from third party ticket resellers are not accepted.
    • As a general rule, events that fall under the following categories will not be accepted:Religious Services and Events, Political Events and Fundraisers, Sales/Coupons/Discounted Retail Events/Happy Hours/Dining Specials (Exceptions made for holiday events), and Community Fundraisers
