By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding compensatory time (comp time) as outlined in the AFSCME contract:
Employees have the option to retain up to 40 hours of comp time annually, with the remainder being subject to payout at the end of the fiscal year. Any carried-over comp time must be utilized by November 1st of each year, or it will be automatically paid out at the rate earned in the first November paycheck.
