AFSCME Comp Time Carry Over

Per the AFSCME contract, employees may choose to have all but 40 comp time hours paid out at the end of the fiscal year, with the understanding that those hours carried over must be used by November 1st, or the hours will be paid out (at the rate earned) in the first November paycheck. If you wish to carry over comp time hours, please complete the information below. NOTE: Requests dated after June 20 will not be processed.

Employees have the option to retain up to 40 hours of comp time annually, with the remainder being subject to payout at the end of the fiscal year. Any carried-over comp time must be utilized by November 1st of each year, or it will be automatically paid out at the rate earned in the first November paycheck.
