Confidentiality Agreement Terms and Conditions: I understand that all information shared during our life coaching sessions is strictly confidential. The Coach, AC, agrees not to disclose any details of these sessions to any third party, including but not limited to family members, friends, or colleagues. I acknowledge that this confidentiality is essential for creating a safe and trusting environment for personal growth and development. Exceptions to Confidentiality: I understand that there are exceptions to this confidentiality agreement, including: If I disclose information that suggests I am a danger to myself or others. If I disclose information about abuse or neglect of a child or vulnerable adult. If The Coach, AC, is required by law to disclose information. I have read and understand the terms of this confidentiality agreement and agree to abide by them. Client Acknowledgment: By proceeding with life coaching sessions, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Confidentiality Agreement. I understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality and commit to upholding these principles throughout my coaching engagement. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this agreement, please do not hesitate to discuss them with the Coach, AC, before proceeding with coaching sessions.
