Join us for our 2026 Appalachian Craft Fest

4 Day Event. Aug 13th - 16th 10am-5pm Daily! Set-up on Aug 12, 2026

Located at the Gatlinburg Convention Center 234 Airport Rd, Gatlinburg, TN 37738

Please submit your business information below to apply for booth space.

You will receive a confirmation email confirming your application was received.

Full Booth $375 ($325 with Early Discount) . Half Booth $240 ($190 with Early Discount)

If your application is approved we will contact you with further information. A $100 deposit will be required to hold your space.

Early Full Payment Discount $50. Pay your booth in full by January 31, 2026 to receive a $50 per booth Discount.

Full payment due by May 1, 2026

Late Payments will include a $50 late fee.

To cancel and receive a full refund, minus a $25 administration fee, you must email Trioofpeddlers@gmail.com prior to 60 days of the event. Cancel deadline is June 13, 2026.

How many full booths do you need? $375 each ($325 each if paid in full by Jan 31, 2026) Booth Sizes 14' x 9' or 17' x 5'

17 wide by 5 deep booths are in the main entrance areas and are limited. If you enter 17 x 5 and we are full, we will contact you about changing to 14 x 9. (If you prefer a half booth enter 0)

Do you prefer a half booth? $240 each ($190 each if paid in full by Jan 31, 2026) Booth Size 7' x 9'

7'' wide x 9' deep booths are double corner booths, meaning foot traffic will walk on 3 sides and you have a wall at your back. You will have room for 2- 6ft tables and 1- 4ft table in a U shape. (If you prefer a full booth enter 0)

Please include a photo of your set-up that includes your product. This is a juried craft event. Please contact us for approval for any item catagories not shown in your photo. If you need to provide more photos please email Trioofpeddlers@gmail.com.

We try our best to accommodate whenever possible. Please contact us if you have any questions. You can also recommend a crafter if you know a good one we should consider. Contact Trioofpeddlers@gmail.com if you need us to call you for a more detailed discussion.

1)Exhibitors will show/sell only items that have been juried and approved.

2)Exhibitor booths must be open and staffed during show hours. No early breakdowns.

3)Exhibitors and their helpers must exhibit professional behavior at all times.

4)Security will be provided. However, Appalachian Craft Fest, City of Gatlinburg, GCVB, Gatlinburg Convention Center, its directors and employees, or the county of Sevier, will not assume liability for any loss, damage or injury to any display, inventory or to the exhibitor, their employee or guest at the show. Exhibitors desiring liability coverage will need to obtain their own. Often your car insurance company will issue low cost annual business insurance.

5)Under no circumstances shall Appalachian Craft Fest be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages and exhibitor/applicant discharges all above mentioned entities and persons from legal suits, demands and claims.
