TOP EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE 2025

1. Conference Fee:

• FCEF Member:                            $1,600.00 VIP
• Spouse of Member:                   $950.00 VIP
• Non – FCEF Member:                 $2,500.00 VIP
• Spouse of Non-Member:            $1,050.00 VIP

Note: Conference Fee includes your participation, conference package, entertainment and all conference meals for Paid Delegates & Paid Spouses only.

2. Accommodation:

Accommodation at Sofitel Beach Resort and Spa is now sold out.

• Conference Accommodation Package is $2,205.00 VIP (3 nights – inclusive of breakfast for 2 - must be indicated upon check in);
• Accommodation is available AND bookings must be done through FCEF.
• Any additional costs incurred by the d1elegates will be charged to their room account and must be settled by the delegate upon check out.
• Check in Thursday, 20th November 2025 and Check out Sunday, 23rd  November 2025.

3. Payment Details:

Conference Fee is due within 14 days after receipt of invoice. All registrations will automatically cancel if payments are not received within 14 days after issue of receipt. 

Payments are to be made to the Fiji Commerce and Employers Federation (FCEF) on Westpac a/c no. 37194200. 

Ensure that your deposit narrative reads "TOPEX 2025 - (YOUR NAME)" and forward a copy of the remittance slip by email to accounts@fcef.com.fj.

Please be advised that your registration and accomodation is not confirmed until full payment is received. 

4. Registration Deadline:

TOPEX 2025 Registration closes by COB Friday, 31st October 2025 unless sold out prior.

5. Conditions:

Registration forms will be accepted from organisations operating in Fiji and overseas. Delegates will be expected to be either: Chairman, Board of Directors, CEOs, or the Directors of Administration, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, Sales and/or Marketing or those closely involved in the Organisations strategic decision-making process.

6. Cancellation Policy:

TOPEX 2025 refunds for Conference fees will be made on the following basis:

i) Refund of 50% of registration fee if cancelled by the last day of August 2025;
ii) Refund of 20% of registration if cancelled by the last day of September 2025;
iii) No refund applicable on any cancellations after the last day of September 2025.
(Note: Refund is only applicable on Delegate and Partner Registration fees and not on Accommodation Charges)

7. Dress Code:

• Thursday, 20th November, 2025 - Smart Casual
• Friday, 21st November, 2025 - TOPEX 2025 Shirts.
• Saturday, 22nd November, 2025 - To promote sustainability, please wear your old TOPEX shirts / blouse.

Delegates are also encouraged to bring in appropriate sports attires/shoes as recreational activities may be organised.
