  • Please be as descriptive and as accurate as possible. Due to limited space, this is important. 

  • ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: 

    I understand that I will receive a minimum of 60% return on the sales of my items and a maximum of 75% based on shifts worked or items brought.

    I understand that I am required to circle discount or donate IN RED at the bottom of my tags if I wish for my items to go 1/2 off or be donated at the end of the sale.

    I understand that all clothes must be on hangers. (Clothespins are highly encouraged.)

    I understand items with unnatural holes, rips, stains, bad smells, stale, cigarette smoke and the like will be rejected at drop off. We encourage items to be freshly laundered.

    I understand that I am responsible for printing, filling out and applying tags to my items with safety pins before drop off. 

    I understand that all items must be priced at a minimum of $2. Items may be grouped together to meet this requirement. 

    I understand that I am limited to 10 pairs of shoes per registration. Shoes must be in good, clean condition to be acceptable to sell.

    I understand that if I indicated that I will work shifts, provide snacks or bring clothes racks that I will be contacted by text at the number above. 

    I understand that I will receive my consignor number, printable tags and tagging instructions in an email after this form is submitted.

    I understand that my earnings will be issued no later than October 25, 2025 by CHECK and will be MAILED to me.

    I undertand that the Sawmill Venue, its owners/representatives/laborers, or any volunteers are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
