Travel Plans

The Foundation sponsors the state bus going to the Big E. Therefore, the travel cost is only covered for those choosing to use the state bus. If you choose to travel separately, the chapter is responsible for those costs including parking.

After August 13th, chapters are responsible for all rooms reserved for your chapter. Cancellations or dropped rooms may still be billed to the chapter.
