Cancellation Policy: I understand that if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment I need to do so with a minimum of a 24 hour notice. If I do not cancel my appointment within the requested time frame, I understand a fee representing a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount will be added to my profile and must be paid prior to booking another appointment.

Service Adjustments & Refunds: I understand monetary refunds are not offered on services rendered, but Yvoneé will be more than happy to schedule a complimentary service to help rectify the situation. I understand an adjustment service is for those times when the hair needs just a bit more refinement in either the cut or color. I understand I have 72 hours from the initial service date to contact Yvoneé so I can get scheduled for my adjustment service.

Retail Refund Policy: I understand that I may exchange any opened or unopened retail product within 14 days of purchase. Yvoneé will suggest an alternative product to meet my needs and the money value of the product I am returning will be applied towards the new product. I understand that cash or credit back for returned retail products isn't an option. I understand that retail returns can't be used as a service credit.
