  • Registration, Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Policy

    Registration

    1. Registration is complete when you agree to the      Registration Policy and payment is made prior to the start of the course.
    2. All registration forms must be completed and returned no later than 10 working days prior to the start of the course and accompanied by either a NCB/MSBM payment voucher, MSBM receipt or a Company Commitment Letter or Purchase Order.
    3. Request for invoices are to be sent to msbm-accounting@uwimona.edu.jm.
    4. CASH OR PERSONAL CHEQUES ARE NOT ACCEPTED at the MSBM Accounts department, they must be paid at NCB. If you are paying by CASH, you can pay at any NCB branch. Once payment has been made, please send email to msbm-accounting@uwimona.edu.jm and msbm-psu@uwimona.edu.jm, and include the course name, date, and a copy of the receipt.
    5. If you are paying by CREDIT/DEBIT CARD/MANAGER’S CHEQUE, payment can be made at the MSBM Accounts Department, Building A.
    6. MSBM/PSU reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to under-quota; or close a course due to over-enrolment. You will be advised as soon as possible and given the opportunity to re-schedule.
    7. Only the Principles & Practices of Project Management and the Digital Marketing courses accommodate a Credit Payment Plan.
    8. Payment plans are structured as follows: 60% of total course cost due before the course start date. 40% balance due halfway through the course.
    9. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or approval of a payment plan.

    Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund

    1. MSBM/PSU reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course.
    2. All cancellations must be in writing.
    3. Registration is transferable where the registered person is unable to attend and makes the request in writing.
    4. Our refund policy is as follows:
    • 100% refund for cancellations received at least 10 working days before the course start date.
    • 50% refund for cancellations received 5 working days before the course start date.
    • No refunds for cancellations made less than 5 working days before the course start date.
    • No refund will be given once the person has attended the first class.
    • Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of approval.
    • If the business school cancels or reschedules a course, participants may choose between a full refund or credit towards a future course.
    • No refunds or transfers will be granted for non-attendance.

        5. In all refund cases above, payment will be refunded once a          written request is submitted.
