    Supervisor are advised to do a draft assessment of Section A on an Excel document first and then copy paste the details on the tabs below.

  • Rating Description Explanation
    PR3 Exceeds Expectations Exceeds expectations in most areas and achieves excellent results.
    PR2 Fully Meets Expectations Successfully meets all the job-related expectations and achieves a fully satisfactory level of results.
    PR1 Does Not Meet Expectations Failed to achieve satisfactory results or failed to meet minimal expectations and requires remedial action.

  • Rating Description Explanation
    PR3 Exceeds Expectations Exceeds expectations by demonstrating 75% to 100% of the behaviours under pre-set competency consistently.
    PR2 Fully Meets Expectations Meets expectations by demonstrating 45% to 74% of the behaviours under pre-set competency consistently.
    PR1 Does Not Meet Expectations Does not meet expectations by demonstrating less than 44% of the behavioural requirements listed under pre-set competency.
