Thank you for your interest in Blue Water Fine Art Gallery LLC, located in the heart of Rockaway Beach, Oregon. We proudly celebrated our grand opening on June 27, 2025, and are thrilled by the warm welcome and creative energy brought by our local community.
Our mission remains to showcase the exceptional talent and vision of Oregon Coast artists, celebrating the unique beauty, spirit, and stories of our region.
We are now accepting submissions. If you're an artist inspired by the coast and passionate about sharing your work, we'd love to hear from you. Once we receive your submission, our team will carefully review the materials and follow up if your work aligns with our curatorial vision.
Curatorial Review: Our curatorial team will review all submissions prior to exhibition. Works that meet the Gallery’s vision based on submission materials will be invited for in‑person review by the curatorial team. Final acceptance represents the curatorial team’s approval following this evaluation, and no artwork will be included in an exhibition without being physically reviewed.
We look forward to discovering more outstanding artists and building lastingrelationships that nurture creativity and community.
Image Requirements: Artists may submit up to five high‑quality images of their most recent works in JPEG, JPG, or PNG format. Each submission must include at least one full‑view image that accurately represents the entire artwork without cropping or alterations. Optional close‑up images may also be provided to highlight detail, texture, or craftsmanship
Framing & Presentation: Artwork must be framed to gallery‑quality standards and ready to hang, with proper hardware installed. Exceptions apply only when the medium or presentation style is professionally suitable without a frame (e.g., gallery‑wrapped canvases). Artists are required to provide framing as requested to ensure consistency and professional presentation across the exhibition.
Image Quality & Authenticity: To ensure submissions accurately reflect each piece, images should showcase the artwork in its full depth, texture, and detail. Displaying the piece on a wall helps prevent flat or distorted representation. Photographs should capture the full dimension and presence of the artwork, maintaining authenticity and a faithful representation.
