PTO Secretary Position (Executive Board): Now Open for 2025–2026
The Secretary is a key member of our PTO Executive Board. This role includes taking minutes at each meeting, uploading them promptly, and helping keep the board organized and on track. The Secretary also monitors and responds to messages sent to the PTO email account. If you’re detail-oriented and enjoy staying organized, we’d love to have you on the team

PTO Director-at-Large Positions (Executive Board): 2025–2026
We have three Director-at-Large positions open for the upcoming school year. Each Director-at-Large will lead one of the following areas:
• Spiritwear Coordinator
• Volunteer Coordinator
• Social Media & Marketing

These roles are a great way to get involved and make a meaningful impact. If you have a passion for organization, creativity, or community engagement, we’d love to have you on our team!

Grade Representative Leads: 2025–2026 School Year
We’re looking to identify 2–3 volunteers per grade to serve as Grade Representative Leads. These volunteers will play a vital role by:
• Assisting with fundraising and field trips
• Serving as a liaison between administration, teachers, parents, and PTO officers

This is a great opportunity to stay connected and support your child’s grade throughout the year. We’d love to have your help!
