I acknowledge that this is a one-time assistance service offered at a reduced rate. I understand that by using this service, I am not appointing the assisting immigration consultant as my authorized representative. I am responsible for submitting, managing, and following up on my application with the appropriate authorities. Any additional time will be billed at an hourly rate of $199. All payments are final and nonrefundable. Upon receipt of payment, I will be assigned the next available appointment.
