for wig commissions pricing is as follows!
the deposit, which is required in order to start to process your commission, is the price of the blank wig! that price will vary based on length and cap construction. i do not make wigs, i only color them! please read carefully about different cap constructions:
picured are a t-part and a lace front.
lace fronts are more expensive but you can part them more freely. effective for bangs as well.
t-parts only have lace around the hairline and down a middle part but are more affordable. if getting bangs, the wefts may be a bit more difficult to conceal.
if you are getting designs on your wig, t-parts are always a great option since the part will have to remain the same to maintain the design anyway :-)
i typically source my hair through vpfashion. this is guaranteed 100% human hair which will in turn give your wig longevity and give it the most natural look. THIS IS MY RECOMMENDED CHOICE!
for those balling on a budget, i can also color amazon wigs. amazon wigs are much more affordable. however, they typically will have synthetic blends in the ends even when advertised as 100% human hair! this means the quality will not be as good.
i’ve colored both options so the choice depends on your budget and the quality of hair you’re looking for.
the price upon completion/pickup/shipping is my usual in-salon hourly rate. (100/hr)
as these rates are time-based, the price upon completion depends on factors such as the complexity of the design, amount of hair, and complexity of the cut.
