  • Volunteer Expectations & Schedule:

    • All volunteers agree to arrive by 9:30 AM for check-in.
    • Volunteer setup will take place between 10:00–10:45 AM.

     

    Event Schedules:
     

    • Saturday, July 19 – Moncks Corner:
      • Event runs from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, or until supplies last.
    • Saturday, July 26 – Hanahan:
      • Event runs from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM, or until supplies last.

     
    Volunteer Roles Include:

    • Assisting with backpack distribution
    • Greeting and guiding families
    • Supporting setup and cleanup
    • Managing activity and resource tables
