If you are co-authoring an abstract, each co-author should submit their own form. You can preview the survey questions here. A copy of your submission will be emailed to you. The information collected will support program evaluation, planning, and reporting to funders.

Abstract of Research Results

As part of your summer stipend requirements, you must submit a research abstract (max 400 words, excluding references) along with a picture or diagram if possible. Your advisor must approve your abstract before submission. No edits can be made afterward. If you co-authored the abstract with fellow SURF students, indicate that in your submission. Each collaborating student must submit their own copy of the abstract and survey.
