We inform you that the personal data provided by the data subject ("you"), either on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent, to TUS Advisory L.L.C-FZ, on the occasion of or in connection with events, exhibitions, conferences, workshops, webinars and business meetings organized, hosted or attended by the Company (the “Events”), including initiatives carried out in collaboration with third-party partners, will be processed in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, proportionality, necessity, accuracy, completeness and security.
The personal data processed may relate to customers, including exhibitors, visitors, buyers, speakers, journalists, partners, participants in conferences, workshops, webinars or business meetings, as well as individuals who have expressed interest in the Events or in the activities organized by TUS Advisory L.L.C-FZ. These individuals may act either in their own personal capacity or as representatives, employees or collaborators of companies, institutions or other organizations.
Processing operations may be carried out using electronic systems and paper archives in accordance with the purposes described in this notice. Data may be collected through online registration forms, paper forms, mobile devices used during the Events, digital platforms dedicated to event participation, or through authorized service providers acting on behalf of TUS Advisory L.L.C-FZ. Access to such data is limited to personnel specifically authorized by TUS Advisory L.L.C-FZ, including departments responsible for legal affairs, commercial relations, marketing, administration, logistics, information technology and management control, strictly within the limits necessary to perform their assigned duties.

This includes the management of registrations, participation in physical or digital event platforms, organization of meetings between exhibitors and visitors, publication of exhibitor profiles and company information within event catalogues and digital platforms, and the facilitation of professional networking opportunities between participants. In certain circumstances, where a visitor or buyer expresses interest in a specific exhibitor, contact details may be shared with that exhibitor in order to facilitate business meetings or follow-up communications. In such cases, the exhibitor will process the data as an independent data controller.
Data may also be processed for the planning and organizational management of the Events, including issuing access passes or accreditation credentials, managing payments, providing logistical services, preparing invitation letters for visa applications, publishing participant information within official event catalogues or digital platforms, and enabling interaction between participants through digital tools such as QR codes or networking systems that allow visitors to share their details with exhibitors.
Subject to applicable laws, TUS Advisory L.L.C-FZ may also use contact details to send communications regarding the Company’s activities, including invitations to future events, updates, promotional communications or commercial offers related to the exhibition sector or other initiatives connected to the activities organized by the Company. These communications may be sent via email, telephone, messaging services, social media platforms or other electronic communication tools.
In order to improve the relevance of communications and services offered, TUS Advisory L.L.C-FZ may process certain information for profiling purposes where permitted by applicable law. Such processing may involve the analysis of information relating to professional activities, company sector, product categories, market interests, geographic areas of operation and participation history in events organized by TUS Advisory L.L.C-FZ. In some cases, the information provided directly by the participant may be combined with publicly available business information for the purpose of providing more relevant communications and opportunities aligned with the participant’s professional interests.
During the Events, TUS Advisory L.L.C-FZ may also collect images, video recordings and audiovisual materials depicting participants, exhibition stands, products, brand logos, equipment and other elements present within the event environment. These materials may be used for documentation, promotional activities and communication relating to the Events and the activities of TUS Advisory L.L.C-FZ. Such materials may be published through various communication channels, including websites, digital platforms, social media channels, printed publications, press coverage and other media formats worldwide.
The provision of personal data required for contractual and organizational purposes is necessary in order to allow participation in the Events and to enable the Company to provide the requested services. Failure to provide such information may prevent participation in the relevant activities. The provision of personal data for marketing communications or profiling activities is optional and refusal to provide such consent will not affect the ability to participate in the Events.
Personal data may be shared, when necessary, with service providers, partners, contractors and affiliated organizations involved in the organization or promotion of the Events. These entities may process personal data either on behalf of TUS Advisory L.L.C-FZ or as independent data controllers where applicable.
Personal data collected in connection with the Events may also be processed, stored or transferred outside the United Arab Emirates where necessary for the organization, promotion and management of the Events. Such transfers may involve service providers, marketing platforms, media partners or affiliates located in other jurisdictions.
