  • Please notice: Vendor registration # is the number in which your registration was confirmed and payment approved. This is the numbered list you will see on Facebook and the Website during the booking and planning of the event ~ however ~ this number is NOT the same as your assigned vendor space.

    Vendor spaces are assigned later, during the mapping process. The vendor map will have its own numbered listing. Sorry for the confusion, however when mapping it is important not to group together sellers carrying similar inventory.

    on Saturday, September 19th, 9am to 4pm

    Vendors receive: 10x10 mapped space for vending during 11th Annual Autumn Open Air Market at General Clinton Park in Bainbridge, NY on Saturday, September 19th. Includes space to park 1 vehicle + Mentions as often as possible, across all forms of advertising. (Facebook, print ads, radio, etc.) $20 each (required)

    Vendor add-on: 24x18 dbl sided, full color yard sign with h-stake to mark vending space (yours to keep at the end of the event) $18 (optional)

    Note: food truck, truck and trailer, mobile booth vendors should select two 10x10s for billing and mapping. If you are not able to be self sufficient with utilities, note this in special needs above.

    Sponsors receive: two LOGO signs 24x18 dbl sided, full color displayed during Autumn Market (yours to keep at the end of the event) + Mentions as often as possible, across all forms of advertising. (Facebook, print ads, radio, etc.)

    Sponsors are invited to attend the event to browse or shop, distribute promotional materials for your business, set up an information table, or provide a free demonstration to guests. Let me know your plans so we can reserve space for your needs and market your participation!
