I understand that my Boat/JetSki/Pro Cat Registration/Logbook fee covers the first event I enter after submitting my log book and this entry form is only valid when all required complete paperwork and payments required are received by OCRDA. I understand using the "Paid via Logbook" option inappropriately/without prior committee approval will result in my entry form being deleted (for example if no logbook is held).

Incomplete submissions will be considered null and void, will be deleted and a correctly completed form should be sent.
