  • Oregon Symphony: Kinderkonzert 2025/26 Registration

    These fun, informative, and interactive 30-minute concerts bring Oregon Symphony musicians off the stage and into local elementary schools to give your students a one of a kind musical experience! With help from our narrator Pam Mahon, students are active listeners and participants while learning about the instruments of the orchestra, moving and singing along to lively music, and learning about composers and repertoire from throughout music history.   • Please carefully read the following to ensure everything is properly filled out:

    • The lead teacher/guardian responsible for bringing the group to the concert should fill out this form.
    • If you are planning on bringing multiple groups/schools, please fill out one form per group/school.
    • Transportation to concerts is not provided by the Oregon Symphony
      • Title I schools may be eligible for a transportation subsidy of up to $350/school, subject to available funding
    • You will be invoiced by email, to the email address of the lead teacher/guardian, after registering here. Payment is NOT due with this registration.
    • Two weeks prior to your visit, you will receive seating information, bus/arrival instructions, and an information sheet detailing what to expect on the day of the concert.

    Kinderkonzerrt Ticket Prices:

    • Students: $5
    • Students who qualify for Free & Reduced Lunch program: Free
    • Teachers/Chaperones: Free

    How to calculate the number of Free Student tickets:

    The number of Free Student tickets is calculated based on the percentage of students at your school who qualify for Free & Reduced Lunch program. To determine your number of Free Student tickets:

    • Multiply your school’s 2025/26 Free & Reduced Lunch percentage by the total number of Students attending the concert.
      This percentage is typically available on your school/district website, or from the school front office. It is fine to use 2024/25 percentages if the 2025/26 percentages are not available.

      Example: You are bringing 100 students to a concert, and 50% of students at your school qualify for Free and Reduced Lunch. 100 students x 50% = 50 free student tickets and 50 paid student tickets.

    If more than 85% of students at your school qualify for the Free & Reduced Lunch program, then ALL tickets are FREE.
