Toddler Farm School Enrollment Form
Please fill out this form to enroll your child in our farm school. Your spot in the school is not official until payment is sent via selection. Toddler Farm School is $60 for each month which includes one class per week for 4 weeks. Classes will be held from 10:30 - 11:30 for toddler ages(1-4) This includes a learning session , hands on interaction with the animal of the week and an age appropriate craft/activity. Makeup days will be announced if needed for teacher sickness, weather or other emergency. If your child is sick please get with me on a makeup day or you may attend a future class with notice but NO REFUNDS will be available as all profits go towards feeding our animals & supplies for that month. Signing this form means you agree to all rules read below. As I run this on my own we ask that parents stay to be an extra hand if their child needs it. If you have another child that is not attending please do your best to bring an activity to keep them busy and not disruptive of the class. CURRENTLY OUR BATHROOM IS UNDER RENOVATION , please use restroom before arriving . Thanks for understanding
