This is an evening market, please be prepared with lights for your tent.

You MUST operate under a tent, if you arrive without a tent you will be turned away.  We want to provide an organized & magical experience for customers.

Bring weights of atleast 20 lbs each tent pole. 

Parking for vendors is in a grassy area behind the store.  However, if you have a large truck or trailer we will direct you to park in the corner lot after unpacking.

In an attempt to maintain the integrity of the markt grounds, once parked behind the store, please do your best not to drive in and out.  If you feel you may need to leave during the market we will assign you to the corner parking lot.

No alcohol on the premises to be sold.  Smoking on the market grounds is not permitted, use the parking area for this and dispose of your butts in the designated recepticle.

BOOTH SET UP:

Spaces are located OUTSIDE, to the right of Charme By Nee' strip center, under the trees. Vendors are expected to be prepared for any weather situations that may happen before or during the event. Vendors must bring their own setup equipment, tent, tables, chairs, etc.

Electricity is not available outside of the store. If you need a generator, please indicate this by speaking directly with Renee' 8329776228. You must have insurance for your business that will cover this.

This is an evening market, we will be stringing lights in the market area, as well as the parking area. I would advise to buy a small mobile battery to plug lights into, ( you can find these on Amazon or Solar lights work great in your tent This is a small parking lot, however there is a corner lot where vendors will park your car, after you have unpacked.  * However, if the ground is dry all vendors will be directed to park behind the strip center.  

Check in: Setup will start at 4 pm, your booth must be ready by 5:30.  If you need additional time, please notify me and we can make arrangements. Our store will be open this day, keep in mind customers may walk over to the market area.  We will do our best to post market start time, however we may have some anxious customers.

When you arrive, a staff member from Charme By Nee' will direct you where to pull in. You must unload into your assigned space. After unloading, park in the corner lot space that will be marked for the market, or behind the market area, ( a staff member will help with this)

Tear Down: Begins immediately after the market ends at 9 pm. Please respect your fellow vendors and tear down after market ends. When customers see people packing up, they are less likely to stay and shop. Tearing down early will most likely affect any future market attendance. Please clean up after yourself, we have a dumpster available if needed.

WEATHER DETAIL: The market is rain or shine. We will not be refunding vendors if market has not been cancelled by Charme By Nee'. Be prepared for inclement weather. If weather is so tormentil that we must cancel for safety reasons, you will be credited toward the next market.

ADVERSTISING: We will be advertising this market heavily; however, we ask that you share this on your social media platforms.
