    FY 2025-26 CO-OP PARTICIPATION FORM
  • Sonoma County Tourism (SCT) offers partners the opportunity to join SCT’s Destination Sales (groups/meetings) and Tourism Development at select Client Events, Familiarization Tours, and Tradeshows throughout the year. Please review the events below. If you are interested in attending one or more of the events, simply click the box to indicate your participation interest. Participation is rolling and will remain open until all opportunities are filled. Space is limited and participation is based on a first-response basis. The fees displayed below include per person participation costs only. Participating partners are responsible for all personal travel-related expenses.

    • Tradeshow: IMEX America & Client Event

      Oct. 6–9, 2025 / Las Vegas, NV / $2,500 per person

      This client event is a networking opportunity held alongside IMEX America, the largest trade show for the global meetings, events and incentive travel industry. Suppliers and buyers from every sector of the meetings industry come together to connect and network. 

      Tradeshow: Visit California Luxury Forum

      Nov. 9–12, 2025 / West Hollywood, CA / $7,400 per person

      This is an exclusive Tourism Development forum that connects exhibitors with high-end travel buyers through networking and appointments. It’s focused on attracting luxury travel clients to California.

      Tradeshow: CalSAE Seasonal Spectacular

      Dec. 16–17, 2025 / Sacramento, CA / $750 per person

      This holiday-themed event brings together meeting planners and professionals from the association industry. It’s an opportunity to connect with key association clients and partners. 

      Client Event: Cheers to the New Year

      January 2026 / Bay Area, CA / $200 per person

      This festive, client event will take place in the Bay Area which is designed to help kick off the new year by connecting with clients, meeting planners, and key industry contacts. 

      Client Event: PGA Waste Mgmt Phoenix Open

      Feb. 4-8, 2026 / Phoenix, AZ / $1,800 per person

      This client event is a multi-day hospitality experience at the Waste Management Phoenix Open, a premier PGA golf tournament. It’s a great way to entertain third-party and independent meeting planners.

      Tradeshow: IITA Summit 2026

      February 8–11, 2026 / Niagara Falls, NY / $2,000 per person

      This summit for the international inbound travel industry brings together inbound operators, destination marketing organizations, and suppliers for networking, education, and business meetings with key clients. 

      Sales Blitz: “We Love Associations”

      February 11, 2026 / Sacramento, CA / $250 per person

      This sales blitz is a day of targeted appointments and meetings designed specifically to connect with association clients in the Sacramento area. 

      Client Event: S.F. Giants Home Opener

      March/April 2026 / San Francisco, CA / $250 per person

      Client event in San Francisco using the San Francisco Giants first home game of the 2026-27 season as the anchor event to entertain clients. Target markets include meeting planners from the technology, finance, and medical industries. SCT is coordinating an experience directly with the S.F. Giants. Participants are highly encouraged to invite their top clients to these events.

      Tradeshow: Go West Summit

      March 31–April 4, 2026 / Las Vegas, NV / $3,495 per person

      This business-to-business tourism event facilitates one-on-one appointments and networking. It's designed to help travel suppliers and clients from around the world build partnerships in the American West. 

      Tradeshow: US Travel Association’s IPW

      May 17–21, 2026 / Ft. Lauderdale, FL / $3,000 per person

      This is the premier U.S. international inbound travel tradeshow. It's a impactful client event where attendees can negotiate business and promote products to global partners. 

      Client Event: Taste of Sonoma

      June 20, 2026 / Santa Rosa, CA / $200 per person

      This client event brings together over 100 Sonoma County vintners and wineries for a day of wine tasting, gourmet food, and themed lounges. It’s an ideal opportunity to connect with clients interested in unique wine country experiences.

      Sales Mission/Roadshow: East Coast 

      TBD / Atlanta, Boston, Chicago / $500 per person

      This multi-city roadshow is a client event designed to meet with clients in key markets. More details will be provided soon.
