Downloading Your Financial Payment Form

To aid you in calculating your total payment and help us keep track of your payments, we have provided a form for you to fill out. Please follow ALL the steps listed below:

2. Click "File" in the upper left hand corner, then click "download" and "Microsoft Word (.docx)"

3. Open the document from your downloads and follow the instructions in the form, using the information provided in the "Calculating Your Total Payment" section to help you.

4. Send your completed form to assistant.dtila@gmail.com

If you have trouble following these steps to dowload the form, please skip this step of filling out the form. Finish and submit your registration form to the best of your ability, and then reach out to the DTILA Registrar for help by emailing: assistant.dtila@gmail.com

Calculating Your Total Payment

Listed below is the cost of each class by number of units. Please calculate your total payment by adding up each class you have registered. (To view the amount of units/hours for each class, please refer to the Semester Page on the website.)

8 Hour Class (.5 Unit): $169

15 Hour Class (1 Unit): $338

Core Class (3 Units): $899

Please note the following deposit for the Narradrama Program can be used as an advance on these Fall Classes: Transformational Stories, Narradrama Steps, Narradrama Approaches

How to Pay Your Total Payment

Once you have calculated your total payment, you are now ready to pay for your classes! Please choose one of the listed options below to pay for your classes:

Option 1 - Venmo

Send your total payment for your classes to Pam Dunne, @pam-dunne. Please write in the notes what class (or classes) you're paying for.

When notating the reason for transaction, please put "social activity" rather than "purchase" or "payment." This ensures Venmo does not extract a fee from your payment. (If this mistake is made we may reach out and request another payment to cover the fee.)

Option 2 - Zelle

Send your total payment through Zelle to this email address: pamdunnedtila@mac.com

If it is your first time, feel free to send $1 at first to confirm the email address. Once confirmed, please write what class (or classes) your total payment is for. (Zelle is usually accessable through your banking app, and there is no fee for this service.)

Option 3 - Send a Check

For check information, please email: assistant.dtila@gmail.com

Other Payment Option for Those Outside the USA

Foreign participants who are not able to pay through Venmo or Zelle will need to add a $15 fee for foreign transfer to bank (the $15 should be added to the cost of their classes' total payment). Bank information for the transfer will be sent upon request. Please email Kamran Afary for Bank Information: dramatherapyabroad@gmail.com

Read and Submit

You have now completed all the questions. Once you click the blue SUBMIT button on the bottom right, a copy of your registration form will be sent to the email you provided. (If you do not recieve a copy of your form, please make sure to check your spam/junk folder.) Any information regarding the classes you signed up for should be sent to you at least three to seven days prior to the class start date. Please monitor the email you registered with and reply with a confirmation when you receive the instructor's email!
