Oregon Symphony: Link Up "The Orchestra Sings!" 2026 Registration

The Oregon Symphony is proud to present Link Up, a program of Carnegie Hall's Weill Music Institute. Link Up concerts are 50-minute interactive experiences designed for students in grades 3-5 who are learning the Link Up curriculum. This year we are diving into "The Orchestra Sings," which explores melodies and how composers use rhythmic patterns, sweeping contours, and expressive qualities to create impactful and memorable music.
Link Up Registration deadline has been extended to January 30th, 2026

Please carefully read the following to ensure everything is properly filled out:
- The lead teacher/guardian responsible for bringing the group to the concert should fill out this form.
- If you are planning on bringing multiple groups/schools, please fill out one form per group/school.
- Transportation to concerts is not provided by the Oregon Symphony
  - Title I schools may be eligible for a transportation subsidy of up to $350/school, subject to available funding
- You will be invoiced by email, to the email address of the lead teacher/guardian, after registering here. Payment is NOT due with this registration.
- Two weeks prior to your visit, you will receive seating information, bus/arrival instructions, and an information sheet detailing what to expect on the day of the concert.
- To make changes to an existing ticket/seat order, email educate@orsymphony.org or call 503-416-6329. Changes must be submitted by Friday, April 3, 2026.

How to calculate the number of Free Student tickets:

The number of Free Student tickets is calculated based on the percentage of students at your school who qualify for Free & Reduced Lunch program. To determine your number of Free Student tickets:
- Multiply your school’s 2025/26 Free & Reduced Lunch percentage by the total number of Students attending the concert.
  This percentage is typically available on your school/district website, or from the school front office. It is fine to use 2024/25 percentages if the 2025/26 percentages are not available.
  
  Example: You are bringing 100 students to a concert, and 50% of students at your school qualify for Free and Reduced Lunch. 100 students x 50% = 50 free student tickets and 50 paid student tickets.
If more than 85% of students at your school qualify for the Free & Reduced Lunch program, then ALL tickets are FREE.

Every educator that registers for Link Up will be sent a physical copy of the Teacher's Guide. Oregon Symphony will send Teacher's Guides to your School District's Office. If you are a homeschool or the only school in your district attending Link Up, your Teacher's Guide will be sent to the mailing address entered previously in this form. If need your Teacher's Guide sent to an alternate address, please type the address here:
