The undersigned understands and ackowledges that participation on this event or activity may be inherently dangerous, involving possible risk of physical injury and/ or death; as well as the possibility of damage or expense to personal property. In consideration of the Sonoma Stompers extending to me the opportunity to participate in the Event; I, the undersigned, herby agree to release and hold harmless the Sonoma Stompers, Sonoma Valley Atheltic Club, the City and County of Sonoma, their office, agents, employees and any affiliated sponsors of partners of the Sonoma Stompers Baseball Club from any and all liability and claims for any harm or loss that I may suffer or incur during my participation in any activity of the Event, so that each of them shall not be held liable or responsible under any circumstances whatsoever by me, my estate, or heirs for any injury, damage, or loss to my person of property sustained or incurred while participating in said Event.
