Award Description

This award celebrates an employee of an AAC member company who demonstrates exemplary leadership and dedication to the access industry.

Eligibility
- Nominees must be employed by an AAC member company in good standing
- Nominees must have at least 3 years of experience in the scaffold & access industry
Submission Requirements

Completed nomination form, including:
- Nominee bio (max. 500 words)
- At least one supporting testimonial
Judging Criteria

Nominees will be judged by two primary criteria:
- Leadership and mentorship
- Dedication to health and safety
