      Non-refundable        15–30 min travel discovery session (applied to future bookings if confirmed)                              Our travel research fee, typically non-refundable, is a charge for our time and expertise in researching and planning a trip on your behalf of a client. This fee is separate from our booking fee and is often applied regardless of whether you decide to book a trip through our agency. This fee will allow only 2 credited changes to the proposal given. Any changes outside of this will be an additional charge.
