I, _________________, one of the People as seen in the Michigan Constitution, Sui Juris, republican in form, do serve this notice that you may provide due care:
Please take notice that you have voluntarily agreed by sworn oath to support the State and US constitutions which are lawfully binding contracts with the People which describes your official duties. The people's right of life, liberty, and property precede all government; and government trustees are excepted out of jurisdiction these rights. All powers granted to government under the people's constitutions are strictly limited to the people's express text. Your oath to support the constitutions is what binds you into the people's Public Trust of the State of Michigan. Please take notice that right expressed in the Michigan Declaration of Rights must be protected from trespass at all times in the conduct of your duties. (See evidence below)
Michigan Constitution Article XI Public Officers and Employment Section 1 Oath of public officers. All officers, legislative, executive and judicial, before entering upon the duties of their respective offices, shall take and subscribe the following oath or affirmation: I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the Constitution of the United States and the constitution of this state, and that I will faithfully discharge the duties of the office of ____________ according to the best of my ability. No other oath, affirmation, or any religious test shall be required as a qualification for any office or public trust.

Please take notice that you are bound by oath to protect the People's unalienable rights from trespass by any domestic or foreign public entity, including government. Immunity from liability does not come from government but instead comes from obeying constitutional provisions as 'official acts'. For which you are granted immunity by the People's Constitution for the performance of that duty. The People do not grant you immunity for unofficial acts that go against your sworn oath. Please take final notice it is my wish, order, and demand that you publicly acknowledge the Sworn Oath that you have taken by reading and entering this notice into the next meeting minutes. It is your duty to read the Michigan Constitution in full and understand that ignorance of your contract does not excuse any acts against the people's benefit. Also, please post this Notice within seven (7) days on your local official website and/or on official building. If you do not accomplish these actions within the timeframe stated, you are acting with full knowledge, intent, and malice; and are trespassing on the People's Inherent Rights. No court shall rehear this matter; it shall stand as evidence, truth, and law in all courts of record. If you believe any of the above claims are untrue, rebut by affidavit, sworn under penalty of perjury, point by point, within seven (7) days, showing your Constitutional grant of Authority to usurp/infringe on the People's Inherent Rights. Failure to respond means that by tacit acquiescence you agree all statements in this Notice are truth and fact in the law. You also agree to have these matters heard before an arbitrator of my choice, to be bound thereby.
