Many people like to keep their bins in their garage. If this is you, for optimal convenience you may choose to authorize garage access to let you skip the hassle of taking your trash outside. Your access information will always be kept secure and you may change your bin storage location at any time (just let us know.)

If you aren't ready to provide access, no worries! You can simply leave your bins outside on service days until you feel comfortable providing access. We’re happy to earn your trust first!

Access Policy Agreement
I authorize Now We Roll and its assigned personnel to access the above-selected bin-storage area (either garage or outside) solely for the purpose of moving my trash and/or recycling bins to and from the curb for scheduled service. This access will be limited to the pm hours of the day before and the day of my scheduled waste service. I understand that:

Now We Roll will never enter my home or open interior doors
All access information (if applicable) will be kept confidential and secure

Client Responsibilities:

I may update or revoke this authorization at any time in writing
I will notify all household members and any relevant parties (such as roommates, tenants, or property managers) that Now We Roll personnel will be accessing the property for scheduled bin-to-curb services, to prevent any misunderstandings or unnecessary concerns.
I am responsible for ensuring that a clear and unobstructed path (minimum width of three feet) is available between the bin storage location and the curb on service days
For safety and ease of access, it is preferred that exterior lights (if available) near the bin storage area remain on if the estimated time of arrival is after sunset.

Free trial information:

If you submit this form on a Sunday-Wednesday, we will come by for your bins this Thursday/Friday (or Friday/Saturday if this is a holiday week.) If you submit on Thursday-Saturday, we will come by next week.

Your driveway length will be assessed during the free trial period to see if a surcharge will apply during your subscription.

300 ft or less = no surcharge (most common by far)

301-400 ft = $5/month surcharge

401-500 ft = $10/month surcharge

And so on ($5/month per additional 100 ft)
