This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on the booking date by and between:

1. Scope of Services: Tatiana Balashova Photography agrees to provide professional headshot photography services as outlined in the selected service package:
Quick Headshot Session - $190
15-minute photoshoot

Basic style consultation and session preparation
Online gallery for photo viewing and downloading
Enhanced Headshot Session - $350
40-minute photoshoot
2 looks
3 professionally retouched images
Guidance and preparation before the session

60-minute photoshoot
Up to 3 looks
10 professionally retouched images
Pre-session styling and location consultation

2. Payment Terms:
A 100% non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking to secure the session date and time.
Booking and payment are completed through the booking platform.
Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Venmo (@Tiabal), and PayPal (tatianabalashovaphoto@gmail.com).
3. Client Responsibilities:
The client must arrive on time and prepared for the session. Lateness may result in reduced session duration and a proportional reduction in finalized images.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and session information during the uSession booking process.
Clothing and styling are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise arranged.
4. Photographer’s Responsibilities:
Provide photography services as described in the selected package.
Maintain the quality and style consistent with portfolio examples.
5. Image Delivery:
Clients will have 2 business days to select their preferred images from an online gallery provided after the session.
Retouched images will be delivered within 3 business days of the client’s selection.
The gallery will remain accessible for 30 days after delivery. Additional charges may apply for extending access.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
Rescheduling is permitted up to 72 hours before the session. Sessions rescheduled due to illness or force majeure must occur within 3 months of the original date.
No-shows or cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the session fee.
7. Force Majeure: The photographer is not liable for cancellations or rescheduling due to unforeseen events, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions.
8. Liability and Indemnification:
The photographer is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or property damage occurring during the session.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold the photographer harmless from any claims arising from the session.
9. Intellectual Property Rights:
The photographer retains the copyright to all images. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal and professional purposes.
Images may not be altered, edited, or sold without the photographer’s written consent.
Images cannot be sold by the client under any circumstances.
10. Dispute Resolution: Both parties agree to resolve any disputes through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of California.
11. Miscellaneous:
By completing the booking process and/or making payment, the client agrees to the terms outlined in this contract.
This agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
