Third-Party Provider Agreement
This agreement establishes the relationship between you and the Pony Club organisation engaging your services as a Third-Party Provider. The agreement confirms your commitment to comply with Pony Club Australia's policies, rules, regulations and standards, including requirements relating to child safety, safeguarding, integrity, conduct and horse welfare. The agreement does not necessarily set out the specific terms of the services you are providing. A separate service agreement, contract or other arrangement may be required between you and the Pony Club organisation to establish the scope, fees, responsibilities and other terms of your engagement. This Third-Party Provider Agreement needs to be completed each time you provide a service to this or any other Pony Club organisation.

I agree to:
Deliver services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain appropriate insurance coverage, including:
Public Liability Insurance (minimum $10 million)
Professional Indemnity Insurance (if relevant)
Workers Compensation Insurance (if applicable)
Provide evidence of qualifications, accreditations, or licenses relevant to the service (e.g. Working With Children Check, coaching certification).
Comply with:
Pony Club Australia Code of Conduct
National Integrity Framework, specifically the Safeguarding Children and Young People and Member Protection Policy
All other policies, rules and regulations of the Pony Club and associated relevant organisations.
Follow all site-specific safety procedures and emergency plans.
Notify the organiser of any incidents or issues that arise during service delivery.
Undertake the National Integrity Framework and Safeguarding Children and Young People in Sport Induction in Sport e-learning courses.
Be recorded on the PCA national database (JustGo) and maintain my required qualifications, insurances and induction courses whilst providing services to relevant organisations or persons in Pony Club.
