We are regulated by RICS and provide a range of services, including RICS Level 2 Surveys, RICS Level 3 Surveys, and non-lending RICS Valuation Reports. Responsibilities
- Your main role would be to complete RICS Level 2 Home Surveys and non-lending RICS Valuations for private clients on residential properties.
- To complete detailed survey/valuation reports following inspections.
- To deliver excellent customer service.
Experience:
- The applicant must hold AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS accreditation.
- Applicant must have a good knowledge of residential building defects and valuations.
- Applicant must have good IT/computer skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday – Friday (40 hours per week), 8.30 am - 5: 00 pm (1 hour lunch break)
Ability to commute/relocate: Witney Office-based with flexibility to work from home following probation period
