In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Driven for Kids Car Show, the “Event”
I hereby agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in a public car show involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to damage to my vehicle, personal injury, theft, fire, or acts of nature. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
Release of Liability: I hereby release and hold harmless the organizers of the Driven for Kids Car Show, its sponsors, volunteers, vendors, property owners, and all related entities and individuals from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, or expenses (including attorney fees) that may arise from my participation in this event.
Vehicle Responsibility: I confirm that my vehicle is properly insured and registered, and I accept full responsibility for its operation, security, and display during the event.
Behavior Agreement: I agree to follow all posted event rules, instructions from event staff, and local laws. I will conduct myself in a respectful and safe manner throughout the event.
Photography Consent: I understand that photos or video may be taken during the event, and I grant permission for my image and vehicle to be used for promotional or informational purposes without compensation.
