    Organizations in our network typically pay $10-50 USD per hour for project-based consulting work. Typical rates by experience level:

    Early career professionals: $10-30/hour
    Mid-level consultants: $20-40/hour
    Senior consultants: $35-50/hour

    ⚠️ Important: Rates significantly above $40/hour will limit your opportunities, as most organizations work within these budget constraints.
