REGISTRATION CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Registration is non-transferable. To initiate the cancellation process for paid registrations, a written notice must be provided to info@ispor.co.za Cancellations received at least 8 weeks prior to the event will incur a 50% cancellation cost. Thereafter no refunds will be made.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: ISPOR SA IN-PERSON AND ONSITE EVENTS
The ISPOR SA Chapter Executive committee and Conference Organising Company shall not be held liable for any death, injury, loss, or incurred expenses caused by the negligent acts, defaults, or omissions of any person involved in organising, managing, or participating in the event. Each attendee is to take the necessary measures and precautions to ensure their own health and well-being during the event. Neither the ISPOR SA Chapter Executive committee nor the Organising Company accepts liability for losses arising from services provided by local companies or transport operators. They are also not liable for losses resulting from Force Majeure events such as but not limited to war, riots, terrorist activity, natural disasters, weather conditions, fire, flood, drought, technical or mechanical breakdowns, industrial disputes, governmental actions, regulations, or technical problems affecting conference services. Additionally, no warranty is provided regarding the appearance of any particular person as a speaker or panelist. Right of admission is reserved.
