One form per family. Please read carefully and select the appropriate co-op for your family. Life-Skills co-op is our new initiative and is for ages 10-12 years. This co-op is for children born before December 2015. Your form will be denied if registering a child born after this date. Timings: 10am-11:30am. Day: Friday. Location: Kennedy Rd & Finch. Once payment is received, whatsapp number provided at the time of registration will be added to the group where more info will be shared. Please allow 2-3 days for response. Filling the form only without payment does not reserve any spots in the co-op. Deadline to submit payment: Dec 12, 2025.
