  • This Agreement (“Contract”) is made and entered into as of the date of registration by and between the attendee (“Participant”) and Nikki Morgan Photography, LLC (“Instructor”), regarding the  Photography Educational Content Day (“Course”) scheduled for June 8, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM 

      
    1. Course Overview
    This beginner-level class is designed to teach the basics of using Adobe Photoshop for photo editing. We’ll walk through common tools, essential editing techniques, and tips for creating clean, professional-looking images. This class may include hands-on exercises, so please bring your own laptop with Photoshop already installed to get the most out of the experience.


    2. No Guarantees
    While this class will provide helpful tools and guidance, your progress and results will depend on your individual effort and how you apply what you learn. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes like business growth or editing mastery.


    3. Responsibility and Liability
    a) You are responsible for how you choose to use the information provided during the course.
    b) The instructor is not responsible for any issues that may arise from how you apply the course content.
    c) The instructor is not liable for any technical issues, personal injury, or equipment damage before, during, or after the class.


    4. Payment & Cancellations
    a) Total cost of class is $400. A non-refundable $200 retainer is required to hold your seat in the class. The remaining balance is due one week before the course date.
    b) All fees are non-refundable unless the instructor cancels the course.
    c) If you are unable to attend, a credit may be offered for a future class, at the instructor’s discretion.
    d) The instructor reserves the right to reschedule the class due to unexpected events such as inclement weather, illness, or technical issues. You will be notified as soon as possible if any changes are made.


    5. Course Materials & Non-Compete
    a) All class materials (including recordings, handouts, and slide presentations) are the intellectual property of the instructor. You may use them for personal learning, but you may not copy, sell, or share them without written permission.
    b) You agree not to host or teach a similar beginner Photoshop class (in person or online) covering the same topics within Lexington or Richland County for one year following this course.
    c) Violating this agreement may lead to legal action and financial consequences.


    6. Equipment Requirement
    You understand and agree to bring your own laptop with Adobe Photoshop installed and ready to use. This is necessary to fully participate in hands-on activities during the class.
