This Agreement (“Contract”) is made and entered into as of the date of registration by and between the attendee (“Participant”) and Nikki Morgan Photography, LLC (“Instructor”), regarding the Photography Educational Content Day (“Course”) scheduled for June 8, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
1. Course Overview
This beginner-friendly class is designed to teach the basics of photography. We’ll cover how to use your camera, simple shooting techniques and basic lighting. We may also include a styled shoot so you can get hands-on experience with real setups.
2. No Promises or Guarantees
While this course offers helpful information and tools, results will vary from person to person. Your success depends on how much effort you put in, how you apply what you learn, and other factors outside of the instructor’s control. We can’t promise that taking the class will lead to more clients or income.
3. Liability and Responsibility
a) You are responsible for how you use what you learn in this course in your own business.
b) The instructor isn’t responsible for any damages or problems that may come from how you use the course material.
c) We’re also not responsible for any injuries, equipment damage, or losses before, during, or after the course.
4. Payment & Cancellations
a) A non-refundable $175 retainer is required to reserve your spot. The remaining balance of $175 is due one week before the class. Total cost of class is $350.
b) All payments are non-refundable unless the instructor cancels the course.
c) If you can’t attend, you may receive a credit toward a future class, at the instructor’s discretion.
d) The instructor may reschedule the course due to unexpected events like bad weather or venue issues. If this happens, you’ll be notified as soon as possible.
e) The style, setup, or theme of the styled shoot may change if needed due to vendor changes, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Course Materials & Non-Compete
a) All course materials—like slides, handouts, and recordings—belong to the instructor. You can use them for personal reference but may not copy, share, or sell them without written permission.
b) You agree not to host or teach a similar beginner wedding photography class in Lexington or Richland County for one year after this course.
c) If this agreement is broken, legal action may be taken.
6. Participant agress to bring their own camera gear.

By signing up for this course, you agree that you’ve read and understood everything above and are okay with all the terms.
