For Social Media, Website, and Email

Use this form to submit information to our Marketing team that you would like considered for posting on our website, email campaigns and/or social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram only).

Postings must align with the BID's Media Posting Guidelines.

Submit your request/form at least 2 weeks prior to the date going live on social media/website, etc.

SUBMISSIONS WITH INCOMPLETE OR UNCLEAR INFORMATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

INSTAGRAM POST SIZES:
Vertical: 1080 x 1350 (4:5)
Square: 1080 x 1080 (1:1)
Stories and Reels: 1080 x 1920 (16:9)

FACEBOOK POST SIZES:
Landscape: 1200 x 630
Vertical: 1080 x 1350 (4:5)
Square: 1080 x 1080 px (1:1)
Stories and Reels: 1080 x 1920 (16:9)

WEBSITE SIZES:
Landscape: 1200x675 (16:9)
Vertical: Any promotional flyer in PDF, JPEG, PNG, etc.
Square: 1080x1080 (1:1)
- Submitted images will be cropped or modified if size porportions are not correct.
- We are not responsible for any missing information due to cropping.
- PDFs are acceptable and will be converted to image files.
- Send the largest file size. Small image files will pixelate and will not be used.
