Welcome! We're FanPlans, the hotel reservation service for THE PLAYERS Championship 2026. Our mission is to help save you time in finding a hotel to accommodate your group's needs. Once your needs are submitted here, please do not contact area hotel partners directly. 

• Our team works in advance to negotiate competitive rates and terms on behalf of THE PLAYERS Championship. 
• You still get your hotel reward points (where offered).
• We are your liaison with the area hotels through the tournament's conclusion.

Our inventory is continually updated with the best available rates to save you time and expedite the contracting process. Please review the group hotel process and provide us with your group needs below. Once submitted, we'll contact you via email, outlining the current hotel options and rates (typically within 1-2 business days).

If you have a group needing fewer than 10 guestrooms/night,  a hotel contract is not required, and rooms can be booked quickly online, with immediate confirmation. You can search our currently available hotels and view booking terms via the link below. Book up to 9 guestrooms per hotel here. Our system will show deposit and cancel policies and live chat agents are available during regular business hours. When booking online here is the FAQ

• A credit card is required for a guarantee, and the hotel may charge all or part of the stay based on the hotel's site's deposit and cancellation policy. This will be displayed during booking. 
• Should you wish to prepay for room and tax for any guests, a credit card authorization form will be required from your hotel closer to the tournament. We can expedite this process for you - once your hotel rooms are booked, we will be in touch to help.

A hotel contract is required for groups needing 10 or more guestrooms per night. For these group blocks, the following are the FAQ

• Most hotels will require a minimum stay of 3-5 nights with contract attrition/performance - meaning there will be financial commitments. There may be flexibility to allow guests to arrive and depart during the week for shorter stays, as long as the room block is filled under the contract terms.
• Some hotels may require an advance deposit and/or credit card authorization form to confirm your group.
• We will work with you to negotiate on your behalf and finalize arrangements under your direction.

Please give your best estimates for the number of rooms by night below. Should you need rooms for longer stays, please note this in the comments section below. These arrangements will be confirmed later in a hotel agreement once your hotel selection is confirmed. Note that full-service hotels are typically requiring a 3-5 night minimum stay for groups of 10 or more rooms per night. 

Once you submit, you will receive an email confirmation with a copy of your request. You will then receive a list of available hotels with rates and contract terms - just make your selection, and we will expedite a contract for you!
