      In furtherance of the 40 Days for Life Mission, we will be recording certain portions of the Symposium. Through your attendance, you grant permission for 40 Days for Life and its agents to record (photograph, film, videotape, etc.) you and all participants registered under your name, including any minors in your charge, during the Symposium.    

      40 Days for Life may publish and/or use such recordings, for any lawful purpose in furtherance of its Mission, as it sees fit, including on its website, social media and on-line, without further notice, permission and/or compensation to you.    

      You release and hold harmless 40 Days for Life from any and all liability that may arise, directly or indirectly, now or in the future, in connection with such recordings and/or use, for you and for all minors in your charge.    

      We will not be able to accept opt-outs, so if you attend you agree to have your image, voice and likeness used for 40 days for Life Mission purposes!

    • SYMPOSIUM PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

      40 Days for Life is committed to ending the scourge of abortion through prayerful, peaceful, lawful vigils demonstrating truth, love & compassion. Please sign this Statement if you wish to participate in the 40 Days for Life Post-Roe Symposium:

      In the event that you must cancel, you must do so by Monday, June 15, 2026. If you fail to cancel by June 15, 2026 and do not show up, your card will be charged a one-time $500 fee to help cover costs.

      In rare instances due to circumstances beyond the control of 40 Days for Life, guests may be placed at a comparable nearby hotel. If such an event should occur, guests will be notified as soon as 40 Days for Life is made aware of the situation.
