The Healthy Lifestyle Award sponsored by Proofpoint recognizes an individual who has taken meaningful steps to improve their health. This may include adding regular physical activity, adopting healthier eating habits, prioritizing mental and emotional well-being through practices like walking or meditation, or maintaining their commitment to heart health over time.
Nominees may be individuals who have inspired others through their journey or those who have motivated, coached, or guided others toward better heart health. One winner will be selected and recognized at the Pittsburgh Heart Walk.
