Here is some important information to know before you book with me, so PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY before you fill out this form!
GENERAL INFO/PRICING:
My current hourly rate is $100/hr, and I'm able to offer sliding scale appointments to trans and BIPOC clients if this rate is out of your range. Please note in the budget section of the form if you are interested in sliding scale pricing. Tips are also always appreciated!
I currently have a full-time job aside from tattooing, so my appointment slots are very limited. Weekday appointments start at 6pm (or later if needed), and weekend appointments start at either 11am or 3pm. Please only request a weekend slot if that is the only time you are available, as I'm trying my best to maintain some level of work-life balance.
For any appointment requests for multiple tattoos, please note that in the description. If you are trying to get tattooed on the same day as someone else (for matching tattoos or otherwise), please include their full name in the description and have them fill out a seperate form.
DESIGNS/FLASH:
I am currently only booking flash designs for the time being. My flash designs are available on my instagram flash highlight, and all flash is repeatable up to 3 times, though I do try and make adjustments to keep them all unique to the individual. I am also open to making small adjustments to flash designs, so please note that below if you are wanting changes. I'm only open to small color projects at the moment (either full-color under 5", adding pops of color to a larger piece, or any color flash that I have posted on instagram).
PAYMENT:
A nonrefundable deposit of $50 is due once I reach out to you and schedule a date, which can be paid through venmo or cashapp. The deposit will go towards the final cost of your tattoo. In the memo line, please only write the date of your appointment. To pay at your appointment, I can take cash, venmo or cashapp.
CANCELLATION:
Deposits are nonrefundable in the case of cancellations. If you give me at least 3 days notice, we can reschedule your appointment, and your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled date.
LOCATION/ACCESSIBILITY:
I am located within a mile of the Marcus Hook train station, and there is very open street parking by my house. I have pet cats and rabbits in my home, so if you have allergies that impact your comfort in those types of environments, please do not book with me.
My house is accessible from two doors, both have ~8 steps leading up. All stairs have a railing. My massage table has a weight capacity of 500lbs. If you'd like more information about accessibility or would like photos of my set-up prior to booking, please include that in your booking form or DM me on instagram.
DAY OF:
There is a section on this form to note how much conversation you would like during your appointment. I am totally open to whatever you need or want, so please be honest! I typically have music on during sessions, so please note in the comment section at the end if you would prefer that I use headphones.
You are welcome to bring a guest to your appointment, but please let me know ahead of time.
Please wear clothes that will allow me to easily access the location of your tattoo and that you won't mind potentially getting ink on (just in case!). My home tends to be on a colder side, so you may want to bring an extra layer if you get cold easily. Keeping your skin moisturized before your appointment will yield the best results, and please remember to eat and stay hydrated the day-of.
