Dear Client,
Welcome to the coaching relationship! I am excited to be working with you in this process.
I imagine you want to know a bit about me. My husband and I started our betrayal recovery journey in 2008, and we were so fortunate to find Faithful & True early on. We worked with Mark & Debbie Laaser to reclaim and rebuild our marriage as we engaged in couples work, individual work, and support groups. Along the way, I began working alongside Debbie to help lead women’s groups. I learned such deep and abiding truths from her and from the dozens of women I have walked with over the years. Having relocated to Athens, GA, I now lead online women’s groups and work with women individually over Zoom.
So, what is a life coach? According to the International Coaching Federation, coaching…’uses a thought-provoking and creative process to inspire people to maximize their personal potential.’ It is all about getting you where you want to be through personal exploration, goal setting, and the development of action steps.
I will do my best to honor your story, earn your trust, listen well, speak carefully, and facilitate your growth.

It is important that we agree to be:

All clients should feel free to:

- Work to develop the most effective and rewarding coaching relationship for you.
- Notice and tell me what lifts your energy and what feels flat for you.
The first session will be a time for us to get to know each other a bit and discuss the coaching process and how it might best meet your needs. All sessions will be for 50 minutes.
